0 CommentsWhite House economic advisor Austan Goolsbee says his job is really tough right now. He’s probably trying to forget the reality of 10 percent unemployment while he and his White House colleagues attempt to fool the American people into thinking that their $787 billion economic experiment is creating jobs. But CNN’s Don Lemon offered him a little dose of reality that doesn’t seem to enter 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue enough these days:
AUSTAN GOOLSBEE: It's not easy being an economic advisor in the White House, because every day for the last nine months, the president comes in and says, “What are you doing to get the job growth in the country?”
CNN’S DON LEMON: At least you have a job. You're not one of those people that is watching this newscast from your couch instead of your office cubicle.
