Who would force a group of nuns that care for the elderly poor to violate their religious beliefs? Biden’s HHS Secretary nominee Xavier Becerra, that’s who.
As California’s Attorney General, Becerra sued to block protections granting the Little Sisters of the Poor an exemption from Obamacare’s contraception mandate.
And now, Becerra is bringing his attacks on religious freedom to Washington. During his hearing, he refused to rule out using taxpayer funds to pay for abortions and defended his past votes supporting partial birth abortion.

Are you a religious organization seeking to freely practice your religion? Or are you a pro-life American who does not want to see your taxpayer dollars fund abortions? Becerra says too bad.
He has shown he is willing to use the law to force religious Americans to take part in practices that contradict their deeply held religious beliefs. Make no mistake, if Becerra were to have his way, a liberal lockdown would be coming for your religious freedom.
