Are Nevada Democrats dreaming of Californication?

Keelie Broom - March 9, 2018

In case you didn’t already know, Sen. Kamala Harris – darling of the coastal elite resistance movement – will evidently be in Nevada tomorrow to discuss issues that impact working-class Nevadan families with Sen. Cortez-Masto.

This is interesting for several reasons, not the least of which is that Cortez-Masto already blew a huge opportunity to fight for Nevadan families when she voted against giving them more take-home pay. It’s even more curious that she’s looking to a California senator for insight on issues that affect Nevadans.

“Between Jacky Rosen voting with Nancy Pelosi more than 90% of the time and Cortez-Masto looking to the Golden State for advice about the Silver State – Nevada Democrats are giving California entirely too much say in what is best for Nevada. It’s clear these Democrats would rather listen to their California counterparts than to their own constituents.” – Keelie Broom, RNC Spokesperson
