Joe Biden has taken Hillary Clinton’s avoid Wisconsin at all costs strategy to new levels with his no ground game strategy.
Meanwhile, Team Trump has fanned out across the country, safely knocking on doors.
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough: “You look at, for instance, the Trump canvassers that went up [to go knock on doors]. What were they doing? They were wearing masks. They knocked on the door. And then they stepped back six feet. … I don't think there's a doctor in America that would say that if they do this and step back six feet and come off of that door ledge, that they are endangering anybody.”
Scarborough later noted, “there's no substitute to knocking on doors.”
What’s Joe Biden’s campaign up to?
MSNBC’s Willie Geist: Biden runs a “basement campaign” and “it feels like you never see Joe Biden or Kamala Harris.”
The New York Times Magazine's Mark Leibovich: Democrat Sen. Kamala Harris has, “been pretty invisible.”
Bottom Line: Heading into October, President Trump’s team is fully engaged, surpassing 100 million total voter contacts while Biden and his team are invisible.
