Joe Biden is trying to take credit for Operation Warp Speed, by claiming it never existed.
Per CNN, anonymous Biden officials are insisting there was no plan for vaccine distribution.
In reality, over 17.5 million doses have been administered per the CDC, and the pace of vaccination was continually accelerating, nearing 900K per-day on average before Biden took office. And this was after Operation Warp Speed shattered records by facilitating the fastest vaccine development in history.
So Biden’s goal of 100 million doses administered in 100 days…that is actually about the pace the U.S. is already on, a fact Biden was rightly called out for.

Hopefully, the Biden administration will build on Operation Warp Speed, but claiming there was no plan to begin with is just wrong.
