WASHINGTON – “Happy Independence Day to Americans everywhere,” said Chairwoman McDaniel. “This Fourth of July, we celebrate the leaders who declared freedom for America more than two centuries ago, and honor the men and women in uniform who have defended our liberties every day since. As we gather with our families and marvel at the fireworks in the sky, so too may we marvel at this great American experiment, which produced the greatest nation the world has ever known.
