In case
you missed it, Congressman Mike Lawler called Cait
Conley out for “playing
chicken” instead of agreeing to a series of open debates in the
race for New York’s 17th District.
Congressman
Lawler challenged Conley to six debates
back in June – a challenge she hid
from.
After
repeatedly calling on Conley to come out of hiding and debate him, Congressman
Lawler announced that he accepted invitations to four televised debates with
the first scheduled for August 30th.
Again, Conley refused
to debate.
Instead, Conley kicked any chance of debate until the end of September, denying voters the chance to hear from both candidates.
