Democrats throw a hissy fit

In the wake of Justice Amy Coney Barrett being sworn in, Democrats and their media allies concluded that either Republicans are murderers or that it was time to destroy the Judicial Branch.

THE FACTS: By massive margins, the American people do not want to increase the size of the court, yet Democrats are going all in.

REMINDER: Just last week, Joe Biden said he wants to form a commission to “recommend changes to the Supreme Court.”  And Biden’s former Chief of Staff signed on to a proposal to end life tenure on the Supreme Court.

And last night, the message was clear: Pack the court.
