Even Democrats are admitting that there is wasteful spending in their $1.9 trillion wish list, and for good reason – there’s a lot of it.
When confronted on the obscene levels of pork in their “relief” bill, Democrat Rep. Tom Suozzi admitted there is “waste.”

Here are a few lowlights:
- $600 million for San Francisco, nearly erasing the city’s budget deficit after it spent money on "free alcohol, marijuana and tobacco to homeless people."
- $800 million for foreign food aid.
- $470 million for the humanities, arts, and museums.
- $100 million for the EPA to address “pollution.”
- $20 million for “language preservation.”
- $86 billion for a pension bailout that pre-dates COVID-19.
- $1.7 billion for Amtrak.
All told, less than 10% of the Democrats’ wish list is for directly combating COVID-19 and just 1% is for vaccines.
