OBAMA’S APPROVAL RATINGS HAVE HIT NEW LOWS

CNBC’s Eamon Javers:  These Are Some “Scary Numbers” For The White House. “…Some really bad numbers here. Scary numbers, you might say, on this Halloween for the White House. Take a look at some of the headline numbers from this new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll which was just released last night and you'll see that the President's approval has reached a new low. The President's positive approval is just 42%, disapproval, 51%, not sure, 7% can't make up their minds. That is a bad number for the White House.  Also, take a look, confidence here in the new health care law, this one is really bad for the President because this is his signature initiative. Less confident, 40% of Americans say they are now less confident in the healthcare law.” (CNBC’s “Squawk Box,” 10/31/13)

Obama’s Job Approval Is At An “All-Time Low” While His Job Disapproval Rating Has Tied For An “All-Time High.”  “President Barack Obama’s job approval has dropped to an all-time low, according to a new poll released Wednesday. A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal survey shows that a mere 42 percent of Americans approve of Obama’s job performance, down five points from a poll conducted in early October.
