"Black Friday sales already smashed records. On Friday, Americans spent a record $5 billion online in just 24 hours, a whopping 17 percent increase over last year. That doesn’t even include the nearly $3 billion Americans spent online on Thanksgiving.

"In fact, this year’s Cyber Monday sales are expected to be the highest in history, and it stands to reason — when Americans are confident about where the economy is headed, they are more likely to spend money.
Under President Trump, consumer confidence has hit a 17-year high.

"Big business is feeling pretty good, too. The markets have hit more than 50 record highs since Trump’s inauguration. The S&P 500 is up 21.1 percent since the 2016 election, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has gained 28.5 percent, and the Nasdaq Composite has increased more than 30 percent. The New York Stock Exchange soared past 21,000, 22,000 then 23,000 and shows no signs of slowing down.
