Hey There –
This afternoon, roughly 60 Texans from across the 32nd District demonstrated outside of Rep. Colin Allred’s office in Richardson to tell him to stop the madness and end this baseless fishing expedition against President Trump. It has been made clear that Texans do not support impeaching the President, and they believe that House Democrats like Colin Allred have no basis for impeachment.

Dallas County Commissioner JJ Koch led the event where he called out Rep. Allred for going along with Nancy Pelosi and the socialist squad instead of sticking up for his constituents. “We are all standing here today to make sure that our voices are heard. Colin Allred must stop this impeachment charade and get back to representing us! Allred needs to stop the madness and get back to work for the people of Texas.”

Today’s counter-impeachment event is part of a nationwide effort to hold vulnerable Democrats, like Rep. Colin Allred accountable for their extreme actions and politically motivated behavior. Recently, the RNC debuted a new website, StopTheMadness.gop, which operates as a one-stop clearing house to defend the president-- including opportunities for people to sign up as a volunteer, details on how to show up to a counter protest, and more. A $2 million TV and digital buy is also part of the nationwide push against 60+ vulnerable Democrats who campaigned on reaching across the aisle to work with President Trump – including targeting Rep. Colin Allred’s congressional district in Texas.
“Colin Allred promised voters one thing on the campaign trail, but has turned his back on his fellow Texans by doing the exact opposite in D.C. Texans came out in full force to tell Allred to stop the madness and get back to work. Voters will remember this baseless impeachment fishing expedition against President Trump when they cast their ballot next November.”– Trump Victory Spokesperson Samantha Cotten
