Impeach Kavanaugh?

Renae Eze - October 9, 2018

Well, that didn’t take long. Members of the Democrat Congressional Progressive Coalition sent a letter to President Trump promising to investigate Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

“Judge Kavanaugh has made misleading statements under oath on a variety of highly questionable actions and episodes,” the group wrote, according to The Intercept.

Progressive groups are firing up their base, aiming to turn any gains in the House of Representatives into an impeachment machine.

From NBC News:

"An accused sexual predator who committed perjury by repeatedly lying under oath to the Senate Judiciary Committee has no business being a judge — period," said Heidi Hess, co-director of the liberal group CREDO Action, which organized the Kavanaugh  impeachment petition.

"We will particularly focus on making sure House Democrats know that progressives expect them to use their full power to get Kavanaugh off the bench if they gain control of the House," she added.

Are ‘independent’ Kyrsten Sinema and ‘moderate’ Ann Kirkpatrick on board? They’re certainly not fans of Justice Kavanaugh.

Kyrsten Sinema has already sided with party boss Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats as she remained silent during their childish delay tactics. And we already know that Ann Kirkpatrick supports impeaching President Trump.

“House Democrats have made it clear: should they win control of the House, they intend to impeach Justice Kavanaugh. Arizona voters need to know whether Kyrsten Sinema and Ann Kirkpatrick will stand for impeachment, or for the rule of law?” — Renae Eze, RNC Spokesperson
