According to the Bloomberg poll, just 47% have a favorable opinion of the President.” SCARBOROUGH: “39% approve of the way the President is handling health care.” BRZEZINSKI: “And just 38% approve of the handling of the economy. A majority of Americans say that President Obama has done a poor job at managing America's reputation around the world. That’s 51 to 43 and 47% have a favorable opinion of the president right now. 49% have an unfavorable view. That is the first time, since he took office that more Americans view President Obama unfavorably.” (MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” 9/25/13)
