Instead of working to pass bipartisan, targeted, and meaningful COVID relief, Democrats INCREASED funding for Pelosi’s pet project from $112 million to $140 million shortly before the House passed the bill.
To add insult to injury, Democrats then BLOCKED an amendment to transfer that money from Pelosi’s backyard subway project to mental health services for children whose schools remain closed.
There’s a reason the bipartisan vote was against the Democrats’ far-left wish list.
