RNC Holds Democrats Accountable, Releases New #ObamaCosts Video

- September 16, 2013

WASHINGTON - In advance of the administration's October 1 deadline for ObamaCare implementation, the Republican National Committee is continuing their month-long awareness campaign to show all Americans the devastating costs of ObamaCare. Each week, the RNC is releasing a video that highlights the real stories of families and small businesses impacted by the disastrous law. Voters can also visit ObamaCareCosts.org, to find out state-specific facts on ObamaCare, visit their petition page to stand-up against the train wreck implementation, and join the conversation on Twitter using the hashtag #ObamaCosts.

This week’s video, “ObamaCare Costs: California,” shows an insurance provider in California that can no longer sell coverage to individuals, leaving them to find alternative care.

“President Obama's broken promise of lower premiums and improved healthcare is hurting the very people he said this law would help,” said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. “The reality of ObamaCare is fewer healthcare choices for struggling families and more government barricades between people and their doctors.

“We will hold Democrats up and down the ballot accountable for the effects of this disastrous law in 2014.”
