RNC Hosts "Blackboard to Blacktop: Getting Ready to Run" Workshop in Atlanta

WASHINGTON – On Saturday, the Republican National Committee (RNC) will host a “Blackboard to Blacktop: Getting Ready to Run” educational workshop for women in Atlanta, Georgia. The event will include sessions on improving grassroots operations, communications, fundraising efforts, networking and social media.

“I am looking forward to joining the ‘Blackboard to Blacktop: Getting Ready to Run’ workshop in Atlanta to encourage women and share my story of how I was encouraged to get involved in Republican politics,” said RNC Co-Chair Sharon Day. “My hope is that these workshops empower women with the political tools needed to succeed.”

The “Blackboard to Blacktop: Getting Ready to Run” workshop will be held Saturday, November 9, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.
