RNC Releases "The Difference" Video and Graphic Highlighting the Obama/Biden Tax Hike

- October 10, 2012

WASHINGTON - The Republican National Committee has released a new web video "The Difference" and graphic contrasting Governor Romney's plan for a robust recovery with 12 million new jobs, with Obama-Biden's solitary 2nd term economic agenda item -- an enormous tax increase. The debate showed that a second term for President Obama would be four more years of the last four years -- no plan for the economy and middle class tax hikes. The Obama-Biden focus on tax hikes is so clear -- Biden isn't even hiding it.

"Vice President Biden recently confirmed that the only plan a 2nd Obama-Biden term has for the economy is raising taxes by trillions," said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. "His comments and last week's debate provided the American people with a clear choice in November: a real recovery or four more years like the last four. Obama and Biden are out of new ideas, so all we can expect if they get reelected is a two trillion dollar tax hike. On the other hand, Governor Romney has a comprehensive plan to make the American economy strong, get people back to work, and provide tax relief for the middle class that has been buried the last four years under President Obama. Governor Romney knows how to get our economy back on track and has a plan to get there."
