WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following message at the beginning of Ramadan:
"We wish all those observing Ramadan a blessed month of prayer, fasting, and spiritual reflection," said Chairwoman McDaniel. "As our friends in the Muslim-American community practice self-restraint and serve the less fortunate, may we all be inspired to take part in our own acts of charity and introspection. We wish Muslim-Americans a blessed month of prayer and spiritual growth this Ramadan."
