When Adam Schiff and Hakeem Jeffries stand in the Senate well this afternoon, know that there are grand plans behind their performance.
Politico reports “Schiff, 59, and Jeffries, 49, have the most immediate path to increased power when the trial comes to an end.”
Schiff wants to be a Senator or Speaker and Jeffries wants to be Speaker.
This should serve as a glaring reminder that impeachment is entirely political for Democrats:
Not only are Democrats trying to invalidate the will of the American people, the House impeachment managers are using this as their launching pad for increased political power for the Democrat “superstars” who are pushing the witch hunt.
No wonder Schiff has been so quick to push the latest convenient-for-his-own-political-means smear despite just years ago blasting John Bolton’s credibility.
