A majority of Americans support confirming Judge Amy Coney Barrett, as Americans are rejecting Democrats’ low attacks and want to see this impressive nominee on the highest court in the land.
Not only are Republicans united – 9 out of 10 support this nomination, the highest since 1987 – support for Judge Barrett among independents is identical to the justice she would replace, according to Gallup.
Even worse for Democrats, their socialist-inspired court-packing scheme Joe Biden is “open to” is being rejected by voters – even in a poll that oversampled Democrat voters. Sixty-five percent of independents oppose packing the Supreme Court with liberal activists, and just 31 percent support the extreme plan, according to a new NYT/Sienna poll.
Bottom line: Judge Barrett is an originalist jurist who will uphold the rule of law. Democrats don’t have a case against her.
