Let's ban bad policies next

Plastic bag producers, rejoice! California has just banned the use of single-use plastic produce bags, which means that plastic bag producers will inevitably start charging Californians for the use of new bags compliant with the law.

Just like when the state banned plastic bags in grocery stores and then made customers front the billfor a thicker, more expensive plastic bag, it’s likely production costs will be handed down to the consumers.

Do Katie Porter, Mike Levin and Josh Harder support banning plastic bags to increase costs on consumers? It’s likely seeing as they’ve done nothing to lower costs on gas or groceries during the record inflation the country is facing.

Do you ever feel like a plastic bag: Democrats are so power hungry and desperate to pass meaningless legislation that they’ll focus on anything but the issues hurting Californians the most.
