RNC Keeps Foot on Gas Heading into Election Day in New Jersey

Commentary

The Republican National Committee has invested heavily in New Jersey’s gubernatorial race and today announced efforts to keep its foot on the gas heading into Election Day. This comes as polls show Jack Ciattarelli and Mikie Sherrill in a dead heat.

RNC investment in New Jersey has ramped up throughout the 2025 cycle, with the New Jersey Republican Party noting that, “the national party engagement is a marked shift from Ciattarelli’s 2021 race.”

Among the RNC’s investments this year are boots on the ground, election integrity resources, and new digital tools to churn voter turnout.
  • Twice as many staffers as 2021
  • Nearly 50 county captains overseeing legal and election integrity efforts
  • 15,000+ volunteer leads on the ground, including poll workers and volunteer attorneys
  • Hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in Election Integrity across New Jersey to ensure safe and secure elections
  • Digital GOTV investments, including a first-of-its-kind GOTV platform called VotePro
  • Election integrity legal action, including to demand log data from voting machines used in the state’s June primary election and to challenge Gloucester County’s unlawful ballot redesign
  • Special Monitors have conducted multiple county-wide tests in Camden, Hunterdon, and Morris Counties
“New Jersey might be a blue state, but Jack Ciattarelli has run a fantastic campaign and can win if Republicans turn out. The RNC is laser-focused on delivering boots on the ground, ramping up voter contact, and keeping our elections secure.” – RNC Spokeswoman Kristen Cianci
