Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and the RNC just delivered a major election integrity victory â successfully defending key safeguards in Texasâ SB 1 from another Democrat attack.
Last night, the Fifth Circuit upheld key protections against voter coercion and ballot harvesting, including requirements that ballot assistors identify themselves, disclose whether they are being paid, and attest that they did not pressure or coerce voters.
The court also upheld Texasâ requirement that mail voters provide an identification number or Social Security number that matches state records.
This is the latest win in a years-long fight by Ken Paxton and the RNC to defend SB 1 and protect Texas elections.

Thereâs a simple way for Talarico to put the questions to rest: prove he lived at his mom's house for the three years he was registered there as a 35-year-old serving in the Texas Legislature. Otherwise, this is textbook voter fraud.
