Janet Mills let Maine be taken to the cleaners by a scam artist.
A new report uncovered that Mills' Medicaid program was conned by a fraudulent
foreign contractor who took the state for millions.
On Mills’ watch, a fraudster “charged taxpayers for providing services that were
never performed” and falsified records to hide the fraud. The
scam came at the expense of Maine seniors, disabled, and lower-income
residents that MaineCare is supposed to help.
Keep in mind, this comes to light at the same time that Janet Mills refuses to turn over Maine's SNAP data as
part of President Trump’s mission to prevent fraud.
