According to a new unearthed clip of Roy Cooper, criminals need “health care, not handcuffs.” 

This falls right in line with Cooper’s record of:

• Releasing over 4,000 criminals, including murderers, drug dealers, child rapists, and sexual predators, and nearly 50% went on to reoffend. 
• Marched with defund the police activists.
• launched an “equity” task force that pushed to “reimagine public safety,” eliminate cash bail, send social workers to some 911 calls instead of police officers, and imposed mandatory “structural racism” and “implicit bias” training.  
• Turned North Carolina into a sanctuary for criminal illegal aliens.
• Appointed soft-on-crime judges who let violent criminals walk free.
