Radical Democrat Manny Rutinel was asked a simple question:.
Why did you defund the police?

Rutinel
quickly panicked and tried to lie that he didn't.
But facts are stubborn things as a new report details:
"As
Colorado faced a $1.5 billion deficit, Rutinel voted for budget cuts to its
Bureau of Investigation, its Department of Homeland Security and Emergency
Management, and a grant program that provides mental health support to law
enforcement officers by 10 percent. The measure did, however, preserve Cover
All Coloradans, a program that provides taxpayer-funded health care for
"pregnant persons" and children who would qualify for Medicaid if
they weren't illegal immigrants. Rutinel supported a 2025 bill to fund the
program, which cost $104.5 million—six times more than the original
estimate."
"From defunding the police and vegan activism to being a full-blown
Socialist, Manny Rutinel is backtracking, reversing, flip flopping, and
blatantly lying about every part of his record. Coloradans don't want a liar
like Manny, and they certainly don't want someone who put them last and
illegals first." - RNC spokesman Zach Kraft
Background:
Manny
Rutinel's longtime radical leftwing ally recently called
him out for flip flopping on all of the following positions:
As even his fellow Democrat
said,
"Brah, why even run for office if you have no principles?"
