After being destroyed at the ballot box in Virginia last year, Democrats across the country have been careful to take on parents in fear of a repeat this November. But a Vice Chair for the Democrat Party of Wisconsin and Assembly Rep. Lee Snodgrass has admitted her party’s stance once again: Democrats believe parents have no right to be involved in their children’s education unless they are rich.
It is less than surprising to see this as Wisconsin Democrats have consistently undermined parental involvement and school choice programs.
"Lee Snodgrass just confirmed Wisconsin parents’ worst nightmare- Wisconsin Democrats don’t believe parents should have a say in their children’s education. Wisconsin Democrats are following the playbook of Virginia and Michigan Democrats, and Wisconsin parents are certain to follow suit rejecting anyone who does not support their rights in education.” – RNC Spokesperson Rachel Reisner
