Chairwoman McDaniel: Americans Are Fed Up With Democrats' Failed Policies
FINNERTY: I listen to your podcast, Real America. You spoke with the former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo just the other day about the House and Senate races in 2022. So, take a listen, then we'll get some reaction.
MIKE POMPEO (CLIP): We want to give the Biden administration just as short of a runway as we possibly can. I think people felt it. I think they saw it. I think they are appropriately alerted to the risks of big government in the air of big tech, and they know what governments can now do and they're not going to take it. And it is lovely, and it is appropriate, and is deeply consistent with our founding.
FINNERTY: Right, so I’ve never heard the former Secretary of State talk that candidly about something like that. He might be a candidate in 2024, but we might be looking at something extremely historic come 2022, right?
CHAIRWOMAN MCDANIEL: I think Americans are done. I mean, they are watching the censorship, the cancel culture, they're watching big tech in collusion with the Biden administration suppressing free speech. But beyond that - gas prices are up, we're seeing inflation, we are seeing our groceries costing more, we are seeing the disaster of our border not being secure, abandoning Israel, and vacating our energy independence. These are so many things that are coming out of this administration and such a short time to dismantle what the Trump administration did so well that lifted every American. So, we're looking forward to a great midterm to discuss these ideas. And let's not forget defunding the police. I mean, Democrats are all for making our cities and our communities less safe and secure.
