Chairwoman McDaniel: Biden Is Not Governing On Behalf Of Working Americans
SANDRA SMITH: Ronna, how would you assess just how far left the Biden administration has gone? We have seen a record number of executive orders and executive action on behalf of President Biden since he has taken office. Was this predictable, or do you think he is getting even more pressure to go even farther with this change and undoing Trump’s policies?
CHAIRWOMAN MCDANIEL: He has put forward a record number of executive orders. When he was a candidate, he said a president who governs with executive orders is a dictator. That's Joe Biden. Those are his words. He has come into office and used that power at a level we've never seen, and I think it shows real dishonesty to especially those hard union-working Americans who work on the Keystone pipeline, who he went to said, "I'm going to protect your jobs," and to see John Kerry in his private plane say, "You know what, you’re going to be okay, find another job." Joe Biden already cost hundreds of jobs in Wisconsin, what will lead to thousands of jobs being lost shows that he ran one way and he is governing a completely different way. It's not on the behest of average hardworking Americans. He is in the pocket of the elite and those on the coasts of California and New York.
Chairwoman McDaniel: AOC’s Rhetoric Is Divisive and Hurting Our Country
CHAIRWOMAN MCDANIEL: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is reckless with her language. It has consequences. When she called ICE agents Nazis that are running concentration camps, four offices were attacked in a month, and she says she has no regrets. As our country is divided as we've never been before, rhetoric matters. She hasn't had her Twitter account suspended, yet her rhetoric is divisive, and it is hurting our country. The Republican Party has no place for white supremacists. That is very clear. We have made that very clear. I would like the Democrat Party to say there is no place for Louis Farrakhan or Antifa. Let's say that, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and let's not call half the country racist and supremacists. That's not helping our country right now. There are a lot of good, wonderful Republicans who don't deserve to be called that, and you are not helping to take down the temperature in this country. Let's not ramp things up anymore. Let's start healing the division in this country.
