Chairman Gruters on the Virginia Governor’s Race:

“We’ve been on the ground for seven months there…we have boots on the ground. What we do as the Republican Party – when we do it well – is exactly what I said: we mobilize the voters, we’ve been working with the Republican Party of Virginia with boots on the ground making sure they have the tools and the resources that they need to help organize [the] ‘Get-Out-The-Vote’ campaign, and that’s what’s needed right now.

“We need our voters to turn out. We close the gap. Winsome [Earle-Sears] has proven that she can win, but now we need all the Virginians that believe in a low tax system to get out there and make sure that they turn out.”

Chairman Gruters on the New Jersey Governor’s Race:

“…I was on the ground with [Jack Ciatarelli] last week, and you can see the momentum building for him…you can tell that he has something special. He has been running an absolutely phenomenal campaign.

“...[Voters] have to make sure that if they believe in the policies of Jack and Winsome Sears, they gotta show up, and if they show up, we win.”

Chairman Gruters on President Trump’s Winning Policies:

“[President Trump] has been absolutely on fire. What you’ve seen in all these states is a movement to the right. Voter registration – out of the 30 states that track it – all 30 have trended to the Republican side, and it’s because of the President’s policies, because he’s the President of peace, because he’s the President of law and order, because he’s the President of the average everyday American.

“…We have to convince the American voters that love the President, that love his policies, that a vote for these down-ballot races is a vote for the President’s policies moving forward.”
