Chairman Gruters on Getting Out the Vote in
Tennessee’s 7th District:
“I think we are going to win it today, but it’s
going to require voters to show up. At the end of the day, it’s about turnout…
“We had seven or eight rallies and there is a
lot of energy and momentum… so I think [Matt Van Epps] is well on his way to
victory… I think that the president’s policies are playing well…
“The Republican National Committee has taken the
lead with the Republican Party of Tennessee… There was a lot of energy, a lot
of excitement, and the people are excited about the president and the policies
he’s pushing… so we want to make sure we increase the margins and it starts
today with Tennessee 7th District.”
Chairman Gruters on Democrat Aftyn Behn’s
Radical Left Agenda:
“You know, you have [Aftyn Behn] who hates the
district that she represents, she hates Christianity, versus a guy who’s a
combat veteran, a West Point grad, a proven winner in Governor Lee’s
administration.”
