"We took all the contributions we were we were raising, and we've been preparing to win the midterms. The DNC and their chairman, they spent freely like they were going to continue to raise more and more, which is a massive mistake. So, they have a spending problem...We have Vice President J.D. Vance, who is our finance chairman. We have the president out there working on our behalf...Everything we do is [to raise] the money so our candidates have the funds they need because we know that in November, we have to win. There's no option other than to win, and we need the resources to do that."
