On President Trump
Transforming the Republican Party:
“What [Texas] really shows
you is this is the President's party. 117-0, since 2016 in primary
endorsements.”
“What President Trump has
done is remade the entire Republican Party based in his image. He's doing an
incredible job, and what he's trying to do is, he's trying to move this country
forward.”
“He's creating new paths
for the party. And really, it's a party of the working class and the American
worker and making sure that America is ready to go and that everybody has a
chance to achieve the American dream.”
On Why Ken Paxton Will
Keep Texas Red:
“I don't think that Texas
will elect a vegan who believes that God is non-binary. I think that he's the
wrong candidate for Texas, maybe the right candidate for California. But I
think Ken Paxton is going to run away with this.”
“As time goes on, you'll
see that. Talarico is not the right candidate for Texas, Ken Paxton is. Texas
will go Republican, and I'm thankful that we're going to have the United States
Senate to give President Trump another strong conservative voice.”
On Republican Momentum
going into November:
“The President has a great
record, including in the general elections, and these seats are both Republican
seats. I don't think they're going to be an issue, and I think that we have a
chance to defy history come November.”
“I think we can win the
House. I think we'll win the Senate, and I think we'll have the majorities in
both the House and Senate with candidates that will back up the President.”
On Why Republicans Are
Positioned to Defy History:
“We have enough money to make sure that we can fund all the candidates we need to win… we're sitting on about $125 million.”
“We have enough money to
support the candidates that we think have the best chance of winning, and
that's why we have a chance to defy history. And it's not only the candidates
and money, it's the fact we have the right messaging, because the President's
given us so many incredible issues to run on.”
