Chairman Gruters on the Devastating Loss of Charlie Kirk:

“This whole thing is devastating, and I can’t say how sad I am, not for the impact that he had, but just for his family and for losing his life at 31 with two young children.”

Chairman Gruters on Charlie Kirk’s Mobilization of Young Voters:

“[Charlie Kirk] was out there leading a movement with the younger generation that nobody’s come close to…

“The legacy that he’s left is undeniable. He was an absolute superstar, and it’s devastating for the party…

“We’re all going to feel [this loss] for a long time, because a whole generation of people has lost somebody that’s easily recognizable.

“Turning Point was a game changer. They went and helped rally the troops, rally young voters, went to bat over and over again across the country… and they’ve done a tremendous job.”

Chairman Gruters on the Need to Continue Charlie’s Mission:

Now more than ever, I think people are going to have to step up.

“Turning Point is a very strong organization that he built… and we’ll continue to have them as a partner and as an ally…

“We’re going to need a lot of people to step up and raise your hand and be willing to do what Charlie Kirk did by himself.”
