“Happy Mother’s Day! As a son and a husband to great ladies, I have seen the amazing contributions that mothers give to our families and our communities. Unlike Joe Biden and Democrats, the Republican Party will never reduce moms to ‘birthing people’, and we will always fight for greater freedom and opportunity for parents and families across the country.”
RNC Co-Chairman Lara Trump released the following statement:
“On Mother’s Day, it’s clearer than ever that while President Trump delivered policies that served American families, Joe Biden has failed working moms. Not only did Donald Trump show his commitment to working families through policies like extending the child tax credit and paid family leave, but he is also the only candidate for President who has vowed to give rights back to parents, protect our children from learning inappropriate topics in our schools and keep all Americans, including and especially our children, safe from the disasters that have resulted from Joe Biden’s open border policy. And as the mother to two of President Trump’s grandchildren, I see daily how they follow in his footsteps of exuding love for this country and standing up for what they know is right, even in the face of unprecedented obstacles.”
