WASHINGTON - Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Ronna McDaniel announced the RNC filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court following the 6th Circuit Court's reinstatement of Biden's forced vaccine mandate:
“With today’s appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, the RNC continues to deliver on its commitment to fight Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate. The mandate is not only a serious infringement on the rights of American workers and businesses, it’s a job killer. Because most Americans do not have the legal resources to fight Biden’s mandate, we are proud to fight on their behalf and join a broad coalition of plaintiffs in appealing to the Supreme Court. We are confident that the court will ultimately agree that Biden lacks authority to enact this authoritarian decree.”
