RNC Statement on Biden's Abortion Meeting

WASHINGTON – Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Director of Faith Communications Andrew Brennan released the following statement on Joe Biden's meeting with Democrat governors  to push abortion:

“Americans can’t afford to travel or host family and friends this July 4^th weekend because of Joe Biden’s reckless agenda. But instead of taking responsibility and addressing voters’ real concerns, Biden is pushing his extremist abortion agenda. Background:

• According to newly released data from the Farm Bureau, the cost of a July 4th Cookout is 17% higher compared to last year.
  • Last year, Biden’s White House touted that Americans would save $0.16 on their Fourth of July cookouts.
• Skyrocketing food and gas prices will make this one of the costliest Fourth of July weekends on record.
• 90% of Americans say they are impacted by the price of food. 
• 84% of Americans say they are personally impacted by the price of gas.
• 71% of voters oppose Biden’s position of late-term abortion until the moment of birth.
