WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Republican National Committee released the following statement on Melat Kiros upsetting 15-term incumbent Diana DeGette in the CO-01 Democrat Primary:
"From New York to Colorado, socialists and anti-American anarchists have fully taken over the Democrat Party,” said RNC Chairman Joe Gruters. “Melat Kiros and Manny Rutinel are the latest proof that there’s no room for moderates in their party. Rutinel and Kiros are just the latest full-blown crazies committed to destroying America and turning this country into a third-world communist hellscape."
