WASHINGTON – Today, as Joe Biden visits the border for the second time in his nearly 50 year-long career in politics, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following statement:
“Joe Biden’s absent leadership at our southern border has led to catastrophic consequences – whether from criminals like Laken Riley’s murderer entering the United States, the deadly fentanyl flooding communities, or the humanitarian crisis that has let migrant children be forced into de facto ‘indentured servitude.’ Instead of using his executive authority to close the border, Biden wants to do another drive-by for the second time in five decades in an insulting attempt to save face in an election year. Americans see through Biden’s attempts to gaslight them after four years of open border policies, and they’ll hold him accountable in November.”
