WASHINGTON – Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Whatley released the following statement on Joe Biden’s “hotter than expected” Consumer Price Index:
“Despite Joe Biden’s attempts to gaslight the American people, Bidenomics is a disaster for families across the country, with prices up 19.4 percent since he took office. People are paying more for everything from electricity and groceries to rent while inflation is eating away at wage gains. No one can afford the cost of Biden’s failed economic policies, but relief is on the way when voters elect President Trump on November 5.”
