RNC Statement on November Jobs Report

WASHINGTON – Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following statement on the November jobs report:

“While Joe Biden tries to tout Bidenomics, his policies are hurting American workers the most. Manufacturing jobs have stalled, wage growth continues to slow, and families are being buried by higher prices.”

Background:

• There was no manufacturing job growth last month.
  • The supposed increase of 28,000 manufacturing jobs in November is entirely due to the return of 30,000 striking auto workers.
  • In fact, since January there has been zero growth in the number of manufacturing jobs in the U.S.
• As workers and families continue to deal with higher prices under Bidenomics, November was tied for the lowest month of wage growth in more than two years.
