WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Joe Gruters released the following statement on the AZ-06 Primary: 

“Arizonans have an easy choice between Juan Ciscomani, who is consistently ranked the most effective legislator from Arizona, and defund-the-police activist JoAnna Mendoza. Mendoza is pioneering previously unheard of types of wokeness - including legalizing DEI prostitution just for 'trans people of color' and wants working families to bankroll her radical agenda." 

JoAnna Mendoza is a millionaire activist and total mess who:

• Wants to defund the police

• Called to end immigration enforcement

• Proposed a 30% tax hike on the median AZ-06 family

• Endorsed legalizing prostitution for trans people of color

• Had a two-week marriage with a Syrian National

• Is a millionaire but pays herself from her campaign
