RNC Statement on the PA-10 Primary

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Joe Gruters released the following statement on the PA-10 Primary: 

“Janelle Stelson already failed to convince Pennsylvanians to send her to Congress, and it’ll be no different this November. Stelson is a far-left radical and a carpetbagger who is woefully out-of-touch with the values of Pennsylvania’s 10th District. Meanwhile, Congressman Scott Perry is a proven leader who defeated Stelson and went on to deliver historic tax cuts and investments in Pennsylvania’s future.”  – RNC Chairman Joe Gruters

Janelle Stelson:

• Was defeated by Congressman Scott Perry in 2024
• Owns a home 25 miles outside of the 10th District, only renting in Camp Hill to secure temporary residency while campaigning
• Committed to raising taxes if elected
• Opposes commonsense voter ID
• Made racist comments calling Asian restaurants “cat bars”
