"Democrats have shown once again how disinterested they are in upholding justice and the rule of law,” said Chairman Gruters. “Todd remained level-headed under intense partisan pressure and showed the American people why he’s the right man for the job. Under his leadership, the Department of Justice has restored public safety with the lowest murder rate in 125 years, ended the weaponization of government, and aggressively targeted the waste, fraud, and abuse of tax dollars. While Senate Democrats continue to be more focused on snagging social media soundbites, Todd is focused on delivering real results for the American people. The Senate should move to confirm him as swiftly as possible.”
