RNC Statement on VP Harris' Latest Pro-Abortion Event

WASHINGTON – Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Director of Faith Communications Andrew Brennan released the following statement on Vice President Kamala Harris’ latest radical pro-abortion meeting:  

“Democrats can’t run on their failed record, so all they want to talk about is abortion. Exclusively peddling abortion extremism while ignoring voters’ everyday concerns isn’t the winning midterm strategy Democrats seem to think it is, something they will learn the hard way in 25 days.”

Background:

• This week, Americans learned September’s Consumer Price Index soared by 8.2% compared to last year, exceeding economists’ expectations and remaining at a near 40-year high.
• Only 10% of Americans support Democrats’ position of allowing abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, according to a Harvard-Harris poll.
