WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following statement in honor of Ramadan:
"We send our best wishes to all our Muslim friends observing the beginning of Ramadan with the rising of tonight’s crescent moon. Muslims around the world will enter into a sacred period marked by reflection, spiritual discipline and increased devotion to prayer. May all Muslims have a blessed Ramadan."
