WASHINGTON – Today, RNC National Spokesperson and Director of Black Media Affairs Paris Dennard released a video previewing Joe Biden's upcoming Joint Address to Congress.
In the video, Dennard addresses what we won’t hear from Biden during his remarks, pointing out that Biden will struggle to defend his record of failure in office. From the border crisis to his refusal to follow the science on re-opening schools, Biden's first 100 days have proven beyond a doubt that he's a failed leader with a serial record of failure.
