THE MAIN THING: Texas Wins

Big mayoral wins in Texas: In McAllen, we flipped the Mayoral seat to Republican, while in Fort Worth our turnout efforts ensured that a Republican won over a Texas Democrat.

Hidalgo County, the home of McAllen, went for Biden by roughly 17 points in 2020.
This news comes after two Republicans advanced to the runoff in the Texas 6th congressional district special election.
Voters are taking note of the stark contrast between Republican leadership in the states - like in Texas from Governor Greg Abbott - compared with the far-left Democrats’ failed policies of closed schools, defunded police, and open borders.

Chairwoman McDaniel on FOX News on Friday: “You look at Texas just this past week in McAllen and Fort Worth, Hispanic areas that went Republican in their mayor races.

“...What we are seeing from immigrant communities is they say we love this country, we came here to achieve the American dream. We worked hard, we did it. Do not tell us this is a racist country. It is the greatest nation on Earth.”

KAMALA’S CRISIS: THE WORST WEEK (NOT AT THE BORDER)

Americans Deserve Answers: Kamala spent all week haunted by questions. Here are the top 5 disastrous moments:

5. Grand gesture: Her failed foreign trip was bumpy from the start. After she visited the border in 2018 and a detention center in 2019, Harris now dismissed calls for her to go to the border, insisting it would only be a “grand gesture.” Why would it only be a “grand gesture” now but not then?

4. Eye roll: Apparently changing her mind, Harris later rolled her eyes when asked if she would visit the border, claiming she would. No specifics were given.

3. The laugh: For some reason, Harris kept laughing at the border crisis. This time while saying she was in Guatemala when she was actually in Mexico.

2. The non-answer: Harris STILL struggled to answer basic questions about the border even after she returned from her trip abroad. She rebuffed a reporter asking the question we all want an answer to – when will she finally visit the border. Her answer? “I will keep you posted.”

1. The instant classic: And now infamously bad answer, laughing and responding “I haven’t been to Europe, I mean I don’t understand the point that you’re making” when called out on avoiding the border. Yikes! She knows the border crisis is on the U.S. border, right?

The bottom line: While Joe Biden and Kamala Harris fail to address the crisis they created at our southern border, the Republican Party’s solution-oriented America-first message is resonating with Americans and will deliver House and Senate wins in 2022.

BIDEN’S POLICIES ARE SMOTHERING THE RECOVERY

Biden’s economic failures: On top of another disappointing jobs report, Biden’s hidden tax of rising prices is already crushing Americans.

Consumer prices surged 5% in May, the largest spike in 13 years and higher than economists’ expectations.
Core inflation, which excludes food and gas prices, rose at its fastest pace since 1992. That’s ALMOST 30 YEARS.

Let’s break that down. According to the newest data, when compared to last May, prices for:

Gas increased 56.2 percent
Energy increased 28.5 percent
Fuel oil increased 50.8 percent
Used cars and trucks increased 29.7 percent
Food increased 2.2 percent
Clothing increased 5.6 percent
Transportation services increased 11.2 percent

In a new op-ed penned in The Daily Wire, Chairwoman McDaniel calls out Big-Tech for suppressing the truth about COVID-19 origins.

"In recent weeks, Facebook has suddenly changed its tune: they’ve now deemed the lab-leak theory credible, generously allowing us common folk to debate its merits in the public square. What changed? Politics.”
"When Republican leaders like Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) and President Trump pointed out that China deserved scrutiny for its possible role in unleashing COVID-19, Big Tech and the liberal media pounced. The political winds just happened to shift.”
