100 Days of Promises Kept

Rapid Response

It’s been 100 days since the House Republican majority began, and it’s been 100 days defined by promises kept.

The House has passed 59 bills, more than at the same point in 2021 when Democrats had the majority. Here are just a few of the majority’s accomplishments:

  • Forced Biden’s hand to score major victories for the American people:
    • Nullified DC’s soft-on-crime law
    • Terminated the COVID national emergency
    • Directed intelligence around COVID-19's origins to be declassified
  • Restored order in the House:
    • Ended proxy voting
    • Reopened the People’s House
    • Established the China Select Committee
  • Passed broadly popular bills which the Senate should pass and Biden should sign, including:
    • Repealing the Democrats’ 87,000 IRS agents
    • The Parents’ Bill of Rights
    • The Lower Energy Costs Act
    • Stopping the sale of our strategic petroleum reserves to China
  • Sent bills to Biden’s desk, forcing Biden to show his true colors by vetoing:
    • A bill to protect your retirement security
    • A bill to block his blatant WOTUS regulatory overreach

Further, House Republicans have held over 230 hearings to hold Biden and failed Democrat politicians accountable. These hearings have not just been in D.C., but all around America. From inflation and energy costs to crime to the border to the threat of communist China, accountability is here.

Fighting for a strong economy, a safe nation, a free people, and an accountable government – that’s what the House Republican majority has done.

Now, if only Joe Biden and the Democrats would join them.
